A bit about Peregrine Productions
Peregrine Productions is a company specialising in British Insect identification plates.

Products are available in the following formats:
  • A5 double-sided laminated identification plates - To see an example of one of these plates, click here.
  • A4 posters - laminated or plain
  • A4 laminated double-sided plates - the 'Mini-beasts' series
  • A5 check-lists

    All these ranges are currently expanding.
    Peregrine Productions will be donating 20p from each Lepidoptera associated product sold to Butterfly Conservation to aid with Lepidoptera conservation in the UK.

    We are looking forward to The British Birdwatching Birdwatching Fair at Rutland Water in August 2008
    This year I will be running a workshop on how to start identifying insects.
    At last year's fair, we were asked to promote the plight of the Blue Throated Macaw.

    We are happy to announce that you can now buy products from our range from Hidden Nature, 19 The Hornet, Chichester, West Sussex
    This is a not-for-profit co-operative specialising in environmental education and interpretation.
     Wildsounds are likely to stock our range in the near future. A few polite enquiries may help their decision!

    I am busy working on some additions to the range and an exciting collaboration project!

    I have also been co-editing the Bulletin of the Amateur Entomologists' Society
    This has been very favourably received, so please look at the AES website for details of joining and extending your knowledge of British insects.


    Peregrine Productions plates are stocked by the Natural History Book Service.
    We have a new service via NHBS, so you can order insect books that we recommend as well as our products. There is even a special offer for all the A5 plates.

    • As well as seeing our catalogue on-line, you can learn about insects and read about a nature reserve that we used to be involved with (Kinewell Lake). As we have moved away, we can no longer help out at Kinewell, but the information is retained as a resource.
